How to use: Twist the small nozzle on the front of the pump with the graphic showing open. Spray away from your face and body. Spray freely around the room with two - three pumps or less. Do not spray directly on furniture, floor or objects. To close the spray bottle twist the small nozzle on the front toward the graphic that shows the "X."
Warning: The product is not for cosmetics purposes. Use for intended purposes only and do not spray directly onto persons, pets, and surfaces. If solution does get onto surfaces wipe surface immediately dry.
If you are hypersensitive to perfumes use with caution.

What are your products made of?
Our candles use 100% soy wax and use lead-free cotton wicks.
Our diffusers are made with natural plant extracts, edible alcohol, as well as essential oils.
Our candle holders are made of 100% solid brass.
What is Carolina York's order processing time?
Our normal processing time is 1-3 business days before your package leaves our warehouse.
Do you accept international orders?
We currently ship to the UK, France, and Canada, and are expanding often. Delivery times for our current international customers will vary base on your postal service. PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19 international standard orders are experiencing significant delays in delivery time.
What is the return/exchange policy?
We have a no return or exchange policy, unless your item is different than what you ordered.

What should I do if my diffuser spills?
If liquid spills please clean up quickly and dry fully, immediately before placing diffuser bottle back in place to prevent any paint transfer to furniture or other surfaces.
How to trim your taper candles?
Due to the handmade nature of the Taper Candles, the size may vary. If you purchase the brass candle holder and your taper does not initially fit, you can trim the wax around the edge with a knife or such so the taper may easily slide into the brass holder.
